XO Profit Webmaster Program Terms

By joining our Adult Webmaster Program you agree to the following terms: These terms and conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements - January 01, 2006.

• Affiliate and partners should have significant traffic from within Europe, UK & USA which is our delivery region.
• All payouts are made in Euros via bank transfer (wire transfer) on the 15th of each month.
• The minimum payout amount is 100 Euros, hence you will only be paid when your commission amount reaches 100 Euros or over.
• It can take up to 5 working days for your commission to reach your account.
• If you cancel your account and your commission amount is below 100 Euros you forfeit the amount.
• Link Affiliate or Premium Partner accounts or commissions are not transferable to another person or entity.
• You are responsible for providing us with the correct banking details.
• You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest, client, employee or anyone else. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorised access to your account. Your password provides access to your account and it is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure.
• We reserve the right to terminate any Link Affiliate or Premium Partner account at our sole discretion if we consider it to be: illegal or racist, subject our company Circle Media or its partner companies to any liability, or for any other reason that we deem to be inappropriate such as transmitting inappropriate web material by email, newsgroups, chat and other means not mentioned here. Other prohibited activities include spamming, email/news bombing or copyright or trademark infringement. A violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination and decline of funds of any account without prior notification.
• We reserve the right to cancel this Link Affiliate and Premium Partner program at any time for any reason we find suitable. Any remaining balances until that time will be sent to you by wire transfer.
• The content, graphics, design, and other matters related to XO Profit & XO Sexshop are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. Therefore the copying or redistribution, and use of any such matters, except as allowed under Right to Use (see below), is prohibited.
• Link Affiliates and Premium Partners have the Right to Use the material that is specifically made available to them on this web site. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content other than what is 'made available' is prohibited.
• Commissions are paid at a rate of 25%
• We reserve the right in our sole discretion to change, edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on this web site.
• We cannot accept any responsibility for external links from our site to other web pages. We provide links only as a convenience to visitors of this web site.

• Circle Media reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted here.
